Our community website was developed by the Chilesburg Maintenance Association Board to serve as an informative resource for both our neighborhood and our local community. Please feel free to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
If you are a Chilesburg resident, please make sure you are registered on the site and keep your email address up to date. The HOA frequently sends emails with important neighborhood information. After registering, you can pay your HOA dues online by navigating to the FAQs tab.
The Chilesburg Board meets at 6:30 PM, the second Monday of each month in the Adkins Property Management office located at 3499 Blazer Parkway - 3rd Floor (Regus Suites) Lexington, KY 40509. If you wish to attend a board meeting, please contact management 24 hours in advance in case of cancellation or changes.
